1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using The ROI Calculator, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
The ROI Calculator generates ROI calculators for B2B sellers. All benefit figures are estimates based on public information and conservative benchmarks. They are not a warranty of financial outcomes.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you publish on your calculator subpage.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to scrape competitors, impersonate other businesses, distribute malware, or generate misleading claims. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Overage reports are billed at the per-report rate shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
