Privacy Policy — The ROI Calculator

1. What we collect

To build your ROI calculator we collect your work email address and the public content of your company's website. When you sign in we also store your account profile (email, company name, chosen slug) and the calculators you create.

2. How we use it

We use your email to authenticate you, to send transactional messages about your account and leads, and — if you opt in to the newsletter — to send you our weekly drop. We never sell your data. We use your website content only to generate your calculator and derive assumptions.

3. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with the sub-processors required to run the product (hosting, database, email delivery, AI model providers). Prospect submissions on your calculator are shared only with you.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your calculators and lead history.
